Our Pet Policy
At Margaritaville Beach Resort Playa Flamingo, we know that vacations are better with your furry companion by your side. That’s why we welcome four-legged guests who are ready to soak up the pura vida lifestyle with you.
Please review our pet policies below.
- Weight: Pets up to 35 kilograms are welcome.
- Number: No more than one pet is allowed in a room.
- Fee: A $25 fee per night will apply.
- Leash: All pets must be accompanied by an adult, be under full adult supervision, and be on a leash when outside the room.
- Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in public areas of the hotel (Bars, restaurant, pool and back lawn area). There is a designated pet relief area adjacent to the front desk to the left of the tennis court.
- In the room: Pets must be accompanied at all times by the guest, who agrees to immediately report any special cleaning situations or property damage within the room. The use of towels, sheets, beds, or blankets for pets is prohibited.
- Disturbance Policy: Any direct disturbance caused by a pet will generate a warning to the owner, so that they can take appropriate measures to immediately cease the disturbance. If the pet cannot be immediately controlled, the pet must be removed from the hotel, or the guest must leave the hotel, with no refunds, reimbursements, or other compensation for these incidents.
- Responsibility: Guests with pets accept full responsibility for all property damage or personal injury resulting from their pet and agree to indemnify and hold the hotel harmless for damage caused by the pet, which will be charged to the room rate if applicable.
Guests are responsible for the pick-up and proper disposal of their pet's waste.
